Cindy from Cin’s Treasure will walk you through creating a small painting at Paint & Sip, April 10, at 6 p.m. at the Mt. Morris Public Library. Plus, snacks, and mocktails. Register online here or call the library at 815-734-4927.

The Performing Arts Guild (PAG) presents Paint Your Wagon, a musical adventure set during the California Gold Rush. Tickets are available online at performingartsguild.com or by calling 815-734-2103. Performances are April 17-19, and April 24-26 at the Allure of Pinecrest Grove Theatre.

Encore Mt. Morris plans a full schedule of community arts classes and events to celebrate its 10th anniversary, starting with these Spring classes:

  • Introduction to Jewelry Making with Lis Dunn, co-sponsored with Highland Community College. April 23, 6-8:30 p.m. at The Center, 9 E. Front St., Mt. Morris. Register here.
