Loaves and Fish Food Pantry helps meet emergency food needs for individuals and families in the Mt. Morris and Leaf River Area. The food bank is located in the lower level of the Mt. Morris Church of the Brethren, 409 W. Brayton Rd., Mt. Morris.
The mission of Loaves and Fish Food Pantry is to distribute food and other commodities to those people in the Mt. Morris and Leaf River areas who find themselves in need. Our goals are threefold:
- 1) to welcome people in need in a non-judgmental way
- 2) to provide healthy and safe food
- 3) to link families and individuals to resources to become more self-sustaining
Pantry hours: 1st and 3rd Thurs 4:30-7 pm, 2nd and 4th Mon 2-4:30 pm
Important: Please call the food banks to confirm that the hours have not changed. We do our best to provide full information and details, but food banks often change their hours without notifying us. We do not want you to waste your time visiting a food bank that is not open.
