Essential Skills for Basic Woodcarving

This two-session class is for adults who would like to explore the beginning skills and tools of wood carving as a hobby. Topics include wood selection, carving tools, carving techniques, safety and sharpening tips, and references to a local user’s group and supply store. A simple project will give you practice in using the tools and applying the various carving techniques. Cost $59.
